Soft Washing
• Low-pressure cleaning
• Mould & algae treatment
• Suitable for delicate surfaces
• Eco-conscious cleaning approach

About This Service
Soft washing is a lower-pressure exterior cleaning method designed for surfaces where high pressure may not be suitable.
Instead of relying only on force, soft washing uses suitable cleaning solutions to help treat mould, algae, mildew and organic growth. This makes it a practical option for more delicate exterior surfaces, painted areas, rendered walls, cladding and selected roof areas where suitable.
Suitable For
• Painted exterior surfaces
• Rendered walls
• Cladding
• Eaves and fascias
• Delicate exterior areas
• Selected roof areas, where suitable
• Mould and algae treatment
Common Build-Up We Treat
• Mould

• Mildew
• Organic growth
• Dirt
• Weather staining
• Surface discolouration
How It Works
We assess the surface type, condition and level of build-up before choosing a suitable soft washing method.
A cleaning solution is applied to help treat organic growth, then the area is gently rinsed or cleaned using a lower-pressure method where appropriate. This helps reduce the risk of damage on surfaces that may not be suitable for high-pressure cleaning.
Important to Know
Soft washing results may continue to develop after the service, especially where organic growth is being treated.
Results can vary depending on the age, condition and type of surface. Some staining, oxidation, failed paint, damaged coatings, rust, bore-water staining or pre-existing surface damage may not fully remove with soft washing.
Customers should advise us of any sensitive plants, ponds, water tanks, pets, delicate surfaces, damaged paint, leaks or electrical risks before work begins.
